Houses built decades ago often utilized galvanized steel or polybutylene piping. Galvanized pipes rust shut from the inside, destroying water pressure and turning water brown. Polybutylene becomes brittle and shatters. When patching leaks becomes a monthly chore, a full house repipe is the only permanent solution.
When this service makes sense
We meticulously map out the new routes for your hot and cold lines, typically routing flexible PEX tubing through the attic and dropping it down the walls to each fixture. This overhead method avoids destroying your concrete slab. We make secure manifold connections and perform thorough pressure tests.

Do you patch the drywall holes?
Our focus is the plumbing installation. We cut clean, square access panels that are easy to repair, and we can recommend excellent local drywall finishers to complete the cosmetic restoration.
