Water heater repair & replacement. Hot water restored.
Repair or replace, tank or tankless. We stock the common sizes on the truck, quote flat-rate before we start, and haul the old unit away.
Repair
No hot water, pilot won't stay lit, rumbling tank, lukewarm showers. Most repairs done in one visit.
Replace
40 and 50 gallon gas and electric units on the truck. Old unit disconnected, hauled off and recycled.
Go tankless
Endless hot water and a smaller footprint. We size it to your home and handle gas and venting.

Signs it's time to call
Most water heaters in our area last 8–12 years. Northwest Arizona's hard water shortens that. A heater rarely fails without warning; it usually tells you first. If you're seeing any of these, a repair now is a lot cheaper than a flooded garage later.
Not sure what you're looking at? Send us a photo of the unit and its label from your phone. We can often tell you age, size and likely fix before we roll a truck.
- Water runs lukewarm or runs out fast
- Rumbling or popping from the tank (sediment)
- Rusty or metallic-tasting hot water
- Moisture or drips at the base of the unit
- Pilot light that won't stay lit
- A unit past its 10th birthday
Tank or tankless?
Both are good choices. The right one depends on your household, your gas line and your budget. Here's how we walk customers through it.

Straight answers on price
Every job is quoted flat-rate, in writing, before we start. Here are the ranges we see most often. Your actual quote depends on the unit, access and code requirements.
Common questions
How fast can you get here?
Same day for most of the service area. No-hot-water calls jump the queue, so tell us when you call.
Repair or replace: how do you decide?
Our rule of thumb: if the unit is under 8 years old and the fix is under half the cost of a new one, repair. We'll show you both numbers and let you choose.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. Replacements are permitted and inspected where the jurisdiction requires it, and it's included in the quote.
What brands do you install?
Rheem and Bradford White tanks, Navien and Rinnai tankless. We install what we're willing to warranty.
Will hard water kill my new heater too?
It'll try. An annual flush roughly doubles tank life here, and a softener helps the whole house. We can quote one with the install.
What's the warranty?
Manufacturer's warranty on the unit (6–12 years depending on model) plus our own 2-year warranty on labor, in writing.
