Can the camera see through muddy water?
No. The camera lens cannot see through opaque sewage. If the line is actively backed up, we must clear the blockage and drain the water before we can inspect the pipe walls.

A sewer camera inspection allows us to push a fiber-optic video camera through the entire length of your underground plumbing. We see exactly what is causing the blockage, whether it's root intrusion, a cracked pipe, or a collapsed section.
When this service makes sense
We access the line through a standard cleanout and feed the camera head down the pipe, viewing the live feed on a monitor. The camera head features a built-in radio transmitter, allowing us to wave a locator wand above ground to mark the exact depth and location of any problems we see on screen.
