Trenchless Sewer Repair

Traditionally, fixing a broken sewer pipe meant bringing in heavy excavators to dig a massive trench across your lawn, driveway, and sidewalks. Trenchless technology allows us to rehabilitate the existing pipe from the inside. We pull an epoxy-saturated liner through the old broken pipe, which cures into a rock-hard, seamless new pipe within the old one.

When this service makes sense

We thoroughly hydro-jet the host pipe to remove all roots, grease, and scale. We then measure and cut a custom felt liner, saturate it with a two-part epoxy resin, and invert it into the line using air pressure. Once the epoxy cures, we cut out the connections for any intersecting drain lines.

  • Frequent, recurring sewer backups despite regular snaking
  • The camera inspection shows severe root intrusion or minor cracking
  • The broken pipe runs directly under an expensive driveway or mature tree
  • You want a permanent fix without the collateral damage of a backhoe

What to expect

Your property will remain largely undisturbed. The new epoxy liner is incredibly strong, smooth, and entirely jointless, making it impervious to future root intrusions. The entire process is usually completed in a single day.

Helpful answers

Common questions

Can any broken pipe be lined?

Most can, but if the original pipe is completely collapsed, badly crushed, or severely bellied (holding water), a trenchless liner cannot fix the structural grade. Excavation is required in those cases.

How long does a trenchless liner last?

Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liners are engineered to last 50 years or more. They are structurally as strong as brand new PVC pipe.

Is trenchless repair cheaper than digging?

While the technology itself is advanced, it often costs less overall because you do not have to pay thousands of dollars to repave driveways or replace destroyed landscaping.
